We're a mobile sauna and cold plunge looking for places to call home: public spaces and places of natural beauty, ready to bring a wellbeing community to the people who already share them. You bring the space and the people; we bring the heat and the cold.
The idea
Sheltered, in the open, among neighbours. That's what we're building, one shared space at a time. Somewhere to unwind, look after yourself, and be social, without the bad bits.
Why
A good local is really about the people in it, and the places we already share are where community quietly happens. We bring a reason to gather, out in the open: heat, cold water and a clearer head. Regular sauna and cold plunge are linked with relaxation, recovery and better sleep, and they're far better shared.
The ritual

Light on the land
The spaces we love are the ones worth looking after. Stoa runs fully off-grid and self-contained, so we add to a place of natural beauty without ever taking from it.
We run on battery and gas and bring our own water. No mains works, no chimney, no run-off, no mess.
No wood and no open flame, just a clean alternative with no smoke drifting over neighbours and no fire risk to the land.
All grey water is collected on the trailer for proper disposal, never tipped to the ground, a gully or a drain.
How to start
Low-risk, low-effort, and easy to trial before you commit to anything. Because we're fully off-grid, getting set up at your site is far simpler than you'd expect.
Tell us about your space and the community you look after.
We check access and find the right spot together. Because Stoa runs entirely off-grid (battery and gas, smoke-free and fire-free), we don't need a power or water connection to operate, so we can set up almost anywhere. Where mains power and water are available, we can switch to a plug-and-play setup instead.
